Balance: First Track Off The New EP
Balance is the first track off the new ep, here is a little piece of the main guitar line from the first part of the song performed live.
This track is titled “Balance.” The entire track reflects on two states of mind, being at peace and being in motion. I tried to accomplish this by blending two parts of the track that are related to each other musically but make you feel completely opposite of each other, moving from a state of rest to a state of motion.

The new EP is tentatively titled “Querencia.”
Querencia is a Spanish term that refers to a place where one feels safe, at home, or draws strength from. It embodies a sense of belonging and comfort, often associated with a physical location or emotional state. The concept can also imply a deep connection to one's roots or heritage, evoking feelings of nostalgia and affection for a particular place.
I played one of the parts for the “at peace” section here live to introduce it. It is a real nice tone and a calming part of the song.
As my with all my previous and future videos, this is recorded in live time, no syncing or anything like that.

The only edit I made to this video was the fade in and out and my logo in the corner.

- I am using a Zoom H4e placed in front of my amp
- The guitar is going through the amp

- I am playing through an Blackstar St. James RL34 head and Marshall 2 x 12 with Creamback speakers
- The amp is clean and the effects pedals are a Seymour Duncan Boost and Boss Tremolo.
